     Conferences & Schools:

    • Postdoctoral position in Holography Gravity & Strings

The String Theory and Gravity group of the Department of Particle Physics of the University of Santiago and IGFAE invites applications for a two-year postdoctoral position starting not later than October 2018 The lines of research that our group is interested in are the following
      • - AdS/CFT, AdS/CMT, Flavor Models, T-duality.
      • - Out of equilibrium holography: time dependece, thermalization, and transport properties.
      • - Higher derivative gravity, causality and memory effects.
      • - Integrability in string and gauge theories.

Candidates should submit a CV, a list of publications and a statement of research interests. They should also arrange for, at least, two letters of recommendation. All application material must be submitted online at the website:

The deadline for the applications is November 30, 2017
